Can someone tell me if i bought a rear end with disc brakes already on it, can i just swap it from my old drum brakes or do i need somemore parts?

If the rear end you bought has everything on it then yes. You will need the rotors, calipers, brackets, axles (if your going from 4 to 5 lug) and new e-brake cables. Other than that, the rear of fox's are pretty damn easy to convert to disc from drum.

You can swap the parts, or swap the entire axle assembly. You will probably need a new poportioning valve like the Wilwood adjustable one. It will mount in the line to the rear brakes. It's easy to do on a FOx, there is a union fitting on the passenger side rear of the engine compartment. You remove the union and connect the new prop valve with the correct adapters.
