dammit, i just finished wiring up the juice on this car.

is the starter fused in the fuse box anywhere?

there is power at the selonoid

the only thing i did really was tap into the tps harness , the green wire.

i pulled the car under the garage door, did some work, went to pull it out, and the starter won't turn or click or anything.

i suppose there is the chance that the selonoid went, or it seized, it's raining so i didn't get under to hit it, but damn, i didn't do anything else.

messed around under the dash a bit to wire up my switch, but i'm sure i didn't pull anything out.

Check to see if you have 12 volts at the little plug on the solinoid when cranking...

yeah , i should just try and jump it too...i had to come in cuz i was getting pretty cold and wet.

Yeah use a screwdriver to jump the terminals on the solenoid to see if it cranks... if it does then you know your problem is between the ignition switch and the solenoid

ok check it out...

i just went out and for shits and giggles, i tried w/ the key first and it started.

shut it off, tried again and it didn't.

i jumped it at the selonoid and it started

tried again w/ the key, and again wouldn't start.

so do i have a loose connection at the ignition maybe, or is the selonoid bad?

i've only ever had them not work, or keep turning over

If it turns over by jumping it at the solenoid, the solenois is fine. The problem is between the solenoid and switch. Follow that red/blue wire back inside the car to the clutch safety switch and check the connections there, it couls be a bad clutch interlock switch. After the clucth switch the wire turns into pinl/white, so follow that back up to the ignition switch and make sure everything is cool. Do you have an alarm with a kill switch?

no the car had an alarm, but it seems to be disconnected.

there is a bunch of the wiring still in it, and i didn't mess w/ anything really.

i'm gonna trace the wires you said....the one off the selonoid goes all the way to the ignition? just changes colors?

cuz that sounds like the problem.

thanks bro...i'll mess w/ it tomorrow.

Yep ghanges from red/blue to pink/white and stops off at the clutch interlock switch on the way to the ignition switch
