My rear is just puttin' down one line.I just want to replace the whole rear end.I see alot out there for sale for reasonable prices. How can I tell if the limited slip unit is still in good shape, reguardless if the fluid in the housing is clean or drained. [burnout] [burnout] [burnout]

anything over 20K and the track lock is dead. [Big Grin]

For my personal taste that is.

Your best bet is to have it rebuilt.

I had mine rebuilt by Petes gear shop in Hayward. Parts were under $100. Good luck
