my friends gt has a knocking noise coming from the engine bay. seems to be noticable underneath and in the bay on the passenger side. we got a video clip, if someone can help. we took off the valve cover to chack for bad rods tec. nothing noticable.

Depends on a lot of things. Could be a bad lifter,it could be something as little as a timing problem. GL

Also the year my help seeing as it could be a 4.6 or 5.0
