I pulled a code 31c,somthing to do with a EGR sensor voltage. What does that mean? replace the egr sensor?

Could also be the EVP, which is the sensor on the back of the EGR.

EVP is relatively inexpensive, from what I recall. I think I bought one at Autozone for around or below $50. But it's been awhile.
