Which intake is better the gt-40 or the elderbrock performer efi. And what is the power range for the gt-40, and will i pass smog with the gt-40. Which intake would give me more hp, and whats the diff. hp gains from the elderbrock efi performer, and the gt-40

i thought the edelbrock performer intake barely outflowed the gt 40. I have the gt-40 and it looks a lot better than the edelbrock.

One has staggered ports between the upper and lower intake and the other has straight ones. So whichever look you like, then get it.

Although, I heard you can't make a GT-40 intake flow as much as a well-done Edelbrock; due to its tubular design. But the best thing about Edelbrok, is that you can switch upper intakes with an RPM. Anyway, it's up to you man. Both will pass smog. Both advertise power from idle-5500.

Good luck [burnout]

The Edelbrock intake is definitely superior to the GT-40.

ok thanks everyone i dont know anything about the gt-40, but the look really good-i didnt know the pwer range was from idle-5500rpms and the gt-40 is arounf $200.00 more then the elderbrock so i was wondering what the gt-40 had that the edelbrock didnt have.
