If its' 13's you want- get sticky tires. Drag Radials or a set of slicks on a spare set of rims.

oh..sounds good. what about a NX kit?? do you have one???

Nope. No power adders here. But it is a great way to go fast only when you want it. Then stock driveability the rest of the time. Just keep in mind it is 4 to 5 bucks a pound to refill... [Wink]

thats all good i dont plan on spraying ALL the time only when some stupid kid runs his mouth about his maro being hella fast (sorry i hate people with LT1's that think they are god gift or somethin [Razz] ) but how much do you think i can get one for??

With some Nitto drag radials i would think that you should be able to hit high 13s. If you have a 8 inch wide rim get the 245-45-17s. The 275s are taller, heaver, and wont let your car rev as fast. My nittos lasted my 9k miles and over 40 passes down the track. As far as nitrous, i would just get a ZEX kit. It is easy to install and very user friendly. Set it up for a 75 shot and you should be fine. I think summit racing has the best prices on nitrous kits. Summitracing.com 1(800)230-3030

I'm a little surprised you aren't in the 13's yet with what is done to your car? How much do you want to 'spray'? I've seen some kit for sale in the fordsale section, ebay and craigslist for cheap. You should get a kit throw it on and off you go. As for beeting LT1's good luck [patriot]

Spray will get you into the 13's easily. I know a guy who went to my high school, been spraying a 150 shot on his basically stock 96 GT for years and it's still going strong. His best time was a 13.4 I believe at Infinion.

Glenn, with a 150 shot and the mods you have, you could be in the high 12's, mid twelves with DR's. [burnout]

and with a 150 shot he could also need a built motor [Razz] , or an 03 cobra eventually

get a set of dr's on 15" stock type rims and put a 75 shot to it, the nit is pump gas friendly, wont beed to be tuned with a chip, can use stock heat range plugs, you will be much happeir this way

as far as which kit, zex is easy to install but they make 1/2 the power they claim, this is dynojet backup up

get an nx kit and dont worry about it, and dont go over 75 shot just to be safe, unless you want to tune it with a custm chip and a host of other upgrades
