what kinda of cam and heads should i run and a 351 for a turbo setup.... i might be able to get my hands on a set of TFS heads so and input would be tight

You might want to Consider getting a custom cam, maybe E-mailing any of the Custom cam guys and see what they say? I am sure they can set you up real nice.
