If I buy a cold air intake, do I have to change my mass air meter or could I keep my stock one? Thanks [Cool]

You should be able to keep you stock one unless you buy some crazy CAI.

What is a CAI? How about bbk or upr?

Thanks...lol. So what's a "crazy" cold air intake?

The BBK CAI is complete crap. Honestly the stock setup with a K&N filter works exceptionally well to around 325rwhp.

A "crazy" setup would be something like an AFM powerpipe which uses a 3.5" or 4" pipe and you'd need to use a "crazy" adapter to fit your stock MAF to the piping.

the Mac cai works just fine, and is cheaper than the bbk.

Went 11's w/ my stock box and K&N. 316rwhp/326rwtq.

JeffS is right. The stock intake design IS a cold air intake.

I have a K&N air filter....so you would suggest not getting a cai? I don't wanna waste my $$ if it's not worth gettin...

Correct. I would spend the money on something else.
