I keep pulling a code I believe 91 that says that the O2 sensors are always reading lean. Also, the car will studder at times. The motor was just put back together its got heads, e-cam and blower. 1.7 rockers also. What can be causing this lean condition? Also, the vacume is only at 8 hg but I cant seem to find any leaks. Please help me out with any advise.

I don't think I'll be able to help with the actual problem, but for those who can. Maybe you should tell us what heads, blower, and how much boost you are running.

the heads are edelbrocks. The cam is not advanced. Do any of you guys think that this has something to do with the low vacum? Does anyone else running a cam like this find trouble keeping their power brakes?

you probably have the wrong plugs. go to edelbrocks webpage or something to find out what you need

Ill check, but Ive known many people that have used these same plugs. They are the regular autolites with the 23 heat range.
