Im pulling in my driveway and notice steam coming from under the hood. After lifting the hood fheir was steam coming from a hole on water neck (a release valve I guess). Im wordering if the Thermostat gone bad? Thanks for the help.

A hole in the water neck?????? Is is a stock replacement part from Kragen. Tighten (the relese Valve)if not, PM me. I'll give you a stock one.

sounds like you are talking about the part on the radiator where you fill it and the cap goes?
If indeed you are and it sounds like you are that should have a hose going to you overflow bottle/tank and isnt called a waterneck.
the waterneck is on the intake and would have no "relese valve" of any kind it has your upper raditor hose and a bypass hose coming form the intake going to it and that is it.
