Depending on what you have you may want to have the chip burned while your on the dyno to maximize your gains and get a good A/F ratio. What all do you hav3?

i have a stock 302 performer 5.0 heads ,1.6 roller rockers, rpm2 manifold,e303cam,70mm throttlebody ,75mm mass air meter,24lbs injectors,holly adj fuel reg,bbkshortys ,off road h pipe w/2 chamber flows

You don't need a chip. Base timing and fuel pressure will get you running right.

if you have driveability problems, something else is wrong

thanx guys!!! i was only interested in the chip because i figured i could get better response and maybe pick up of few horses..
