Most ads say... comes with hardware... anyone installed one.. are they a clip system or screw on system? Tks...

I am guessing you are talking about a mach one chin spoiler? If so, just use locking washers and nuts and bolts. Drill the holes ofcourse.

i just helped a friend install one on his camaro and it had double sided take around the front and you had to drill two self tapping screws in the front wheel wells its not hard especially if it is polyurathane. come out to the east bay and ill help you.
