A friend imported from San Diego a 99 GT Convertible with Auto trans recently.

I thought all 99+ Mustangs had Traction control, or was it an option ?

His vehicle does not have it, and here in our wet summer, his car is proving a bit of a handful.

Has anyone retrospectively installed it ?

Hey Mark, it was an option in 99, but became standard in 00's I believe...

If you want to buy all the factory equipment you could, but it would cost a lot unless you found it used...Saleen sell a TC kit that works with the factory ABS...

Tell your friend to save his money and just learn to drive better.... [Big Grin]
