OK, my POS Merk, with a 2.3 turbo 4 cylinder, has two fuel pumps factory...Right now I'm seeing 32psi base FP and 42psi FP with the vacuum plugged...

I think that's low and one of my pumps took a shit, am I right?....

Ok, I rigged a FP gauge to my Merk windshield...

32psi at idle, WOT 3K+ I'm seeing exactly, no more, no less, 55psi....I experienced a cut out(loss of power) while watching the FP gauge and saw no loss in fuel pressure...I'm not sure what the problem is now...Like I previously mentioned I don't have any DTC(diagnostic trouble codes)....

[Confused]

Sounds more like an ignition issue. Need more info

New 764 Autolites, new cap and rotor, MSD coil and MSD wires...The only mods are a 3" full exhaust...

After watching my FP guage I think it might be ignition too, just not sure what...

The problem occurs randomly...It's never constant or consistant...The problem I have feels like when you're driving at half throttle and then lift your foot completely off the gas and then back again...It idles perfectly, but does feel down on power...I've driven all over Fremont today and the problem happened twice on the way home...

maybe tighten your intercoooler piping/ turbo to intake manifold piping.
