My A/c in my mustang doesn't work, it needs to be charged. How much does it typically cost to get it drained and charged?

go to kragen and just buy a refill can, its like $6.00- $20.00
Its supposed to be illegal to let the r134a into the air tho, so watch out where you service it at.

Shops can put flourescent dye in to your system and recharge it. the leaks should be visible after a little driving with a black light. I went thru this last summer damn near all the lines and fittings were bad on my car. the dye was puking out everywhere

If you know some1 that does HVAC stuff, they might have an leak detector...
