for starters, if youre gonna use the stock style radiator -you'll need a different h2o pump. you'll also need a new flywheel/flexplate unless the new H.O comes with it. there will be more changes with the more info you provide on your swap.

Sorry about the less info I'm changing all the 5.0 FUEL INJECTION water pump. 3 core radiator and wiring harness...basically evreything a 5.0 ho comes with stock...

You may want to contact Mustangs Plus in Stockton, Cali. These guys have done that swap tons of times and are very familiar with that conversion.
You can find them on www.MustangsPlus.com or 209-944-0755.
They can also help you with any parts you may need in the swap.
