im running bfg drag radials wll im trying to improve my 60ft with ou sacraficing the hnding that much no i dont have sub frame conectors and im looking at like $1000 on suspension.

Tokico 5ways, MM full length subs, MM LCA's and some FMS HD UCA's....I'd get an Eibach Pro-kit becuase it lowers your car, gives a nice ride and they're not too stiff for good weight transfer for your 60ft times....

Do what I did - find someone selling a used Griggs suspension, buy it, let it sit in your garage for 2 years or so to properly "age" then put off installing it until after I fix my damn header leak.

You can't really go wrong with sub frame connectors. I've been really happy with stock lower arms in the rear with poly bushings. I've got a tubular K-member and A-arms in front with coilovers. As the phrase goes - "they are choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend it."

I run the Tokico 5-ways as well and they replaced my Bilsteins (sitting in the garage taking up space). The adjustability is nice as you can go from "track" to "street" to "drag" at the flick of a really tiny screwdriver. I also ditched my quad shocks a long time ago. I found that one of the most noticable improvements for "feel" was the addition of a "g-load brace". With the stock K member, it's a nice improvement in "tightness" of the front end.

Also keep in mind that anything that removes weight from the car, especially over the nose, will improve handling and 60' times. I'm a big fan of battery relocation for this reason.
