for heads that flow so well, seems like such a small cam??? Give us your entire combo if you want some real guesses as well [patriot]

Am I the only one that thinks there is too much head for not enough motor????

I mean damn with a 306 you don't need that much flow. Unless of course your thinking about boosting it.

Instead of speeding up your runner velocity it's slowing it down thus making the same hp as you would with a much smaller head.

Now if it were forced induction or a bigger motor like say a 393 stroker. [Smile]

Something the stock bottom end and that cam are not capable of supporting.

Yeah I know. These heads are going on my 408 windsor. At that time I will send them back to TEA and get them to flow 330 cfms. [patriot]

I'm just tired of driving on stock type heads.

my heads flow a tad more than that, i have a .600+ solid roller and i still want more cam.

I agree, like i said earlier small cam, my TEA AFR's flow 324 cfm and my cam is at .600 lift as well, ohh and a lot more duration [Big Grin]
