I just replaced my front brake pads + rotors with new ones. It seems that i did everything correctly but now they squeek really bad. Anybody know any possible problems. I have a '98 Mustang GT

Did you install shims or add brake quiet on the backs of the pads? This is usually the source of squeeks.
