I'd mostly like to know why the A/F ratio so different between the runs. Where should it be? Stock run was pretty low.

Mods on red pull: K&N air filter
Mods on blue pull: K&N air filter, magnaflow X w/cats, FR500 cat back, WMS cold air to TB, stock MAF

What was the engine temp on both runs?...If your car was cold it will run richer...

It looks like you're running too rich and could gain some hp just by running a little leaner... [patriot]

Is the red or blue line too rich? I'm not sure on the engine temp. It was about the same I'd bet. Would a MAF help lean me out?

only problem I see is the car richening up at 6k, anywhere between 12-13 A/F is probably good, every car is a little different for max power, you can see how you made more power closer to 12.0 than 13.0, by nearly 10 HP.

also looks like an unstable ignition or something with that ragged dyno graph, running rich past 6k probably cost you some HP as it happens right at your HP peak

the blue line actually looks really good. a great afr is 13:1. that is usually a good number to get good performance, but still keeping it safe. a mass air may lean that out...but you don't want it much more lean that that. i would get a mass air however, and then get a custom tune to make sure that the afr is perfect. you will see and feel a noticable difference in power and throttle responce with a tuned car.

Data logs would provide useful info here. The dates of the runs are far apart. The adaptive learning mode of the EEC-V may have caused a gradual change in long/short term fuel trims. This affects WOT (wide open throttle). Also. data logs provide info on what your 02 sensors are doing, MAF voltage, fuel trims, ignition timing, IAT (intake air temp), ECT (engine coolant temp), etc....... in most cases the mods you bolted on should have been adequately compensated for by the EEC-V. Custom tuning (SCT) will improve performance. Typically, the MAF transfer function is fine tuned resulting in a crisp throttle response and power/torque improvements across powerband.
