I started the t5 swap on my car and have already run into a problem. I can't get the clutch/brake pedal assembly back into the car. There are a lot of wires and such that are for my alarm which makes everything more difficult. When installing the pedals, where do you start from. I tried above the column, and to the driver side door. I'm not making any progress. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Their a bitch but can be done. Make it easy on yourself and remove the front seat and all the extra crap you can out of the way

remove the front seat and the steering column and then angle the pedal assembly so its facing the passenger side, then work it in and turn it to the proper angle once its in...

I finally got it in by removing the clutch pedal and quadrant. Once I had it roughly in position I reinstalled both pieces.

Now I have a question about the neutral safety switch. My instructions say I have to plug the clutch safety switch...but I don't know what I am supposed to be doing, or what I am looking for. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
