on my 5.0 3rd back from passanger side. i went to loosen it and i hear a crack. so i stop put plug wire on start car. u can see the spark were the white of the plug meets metal. should i loosen it. did i just crack the plug or what?

oh i tighten back up. i only got to lossen it a tad bit. oh btw im on my last 2. but like 4 of them have been a bitch to get out.

help asap

Yeah, you probably cracked it. You need to pull it out and replace it. The spark is not getting to the cylinder and is grounding against the head. On the passenger side I have learned that it saves time and frustration to pull the air filter box, intake tube and smog hoses when changing plugs.

yea i have all that off. so just take it out? its being hard to get lose. ill brb and let ya know how it gos

well the top of the plug broke off. then it stripped out. so now what do i do. i cant get that bitch out. ive changed so many plugs and this is a bitch

i got it. it ook a half bottle of try flow. and hella time trying. then it came out.
