Installed mac o/r h and pro-dumps i think i may have a leak, or maybe the sound is just really bad.
The sound it makes is kind of a raspiness...but not like a raspy exhaust, more like an old car with rusty pipes to explain it best, or maybe even a big rig at idle.
The sound only pops out under load(moving from a stop, and shifting) and lasts all the way until the 2k mark.
I got the crossover pipe welded up to try and fix it, it seems like it may have helped a bit, but its still there. Anyone know what im talking about? Thanks.

well just got under the car and figured that the noise is commin out of tailpipes. im guessing the mufflers with turndowns and o/r h-pipe is just too loud and making that musclecarish raspiness. Will converting over to tailpipes and keeping the same mufflers work? Need input.

Why do you have tailpipes on a car with dumps? Just take 'em out
