planning to buy new pads/rotors for my bullitt brakes, anyone do a side job for em near/in the sacramento/davis area?
rotors/pads r so easy to install (just dont have the tools), asked a local shop and it was a ripoff!

You should buy the tools (provided the cost is not exorbitant). You will have to resurface the rotors and buy new pads in the future anyway. Plus, you can feel a little pride in knowing that you saved yourself some money by doing the job yourself.
