i need to put on a new set off muff's but i don't wanna weld the tail pipes on... will smog places give me shit if i have the exhuast comming out of the muffler ??

i hear new oil and 91 helps the car burn a bit cleaner for smog ??

Put mufflers on AFTER you smog.

?? the muffles have holes in them and the car ticks like crazy... i wanna put stock mufflers on so i can sell it..

fix your exhaust leaks,run 87,gap your plug to .35
have your self about a quarter tank of gas and
before you smog it drive it hard and long to get the cats nice and hot to burn the hydro carbs [Wink]
other than that if the motors stock and running good with no codes you should be fly [Cool]

that or if worse come to worse fuck it sell it [Big Grin]

I heard about that also. Someone said put some rubbing alcohol might help. [Eek!] Anyone try it?

Yup, drive it hard down the freeway to heat up the cats. [burnout] Would always help my parents marginal cars pass. [Big Grin]
