I have a '97 Ford Taurus. The brakes basically don't work evern after I had the pads changed. Today I filled it up the brake fluid and pumped the brake pedal about 20 times, then I got out and watched the fluid leak right back out onto the ground from my real wheel... Just the passenger side. What's probably broken and how hard/expensive is it to fix? Thanks guys

Probably a wheel cylinder, as a result I bet the brake linings are soaked too.

Rear drum brakes? Most likely a wheel cylinder which should be replaced before the brake fluid contaminates the brake shoes. Otherwise you are looking at replacing the brake shoes also.

might have to rebulid the caliper piston seal
the tech probably riped it. [Roll Eyes]
pull the tire off of which side its comming from and see what [BS flag] you can find.

its prob. the wheel cylinder just get a new one at kragen and then replace it and bleed the brakes. [patriot]

If the brakes were fine before, and just worn, then it's probably just a bleeder screw... [Razz]

Did you fix the problem yet?...
