Since I know you probably won't use your searchfunction go with the 4.10's and don't get something you regret in the future [patriot]

Go with the 4.10s you will be happy you did and after you drive with the 4.10s you will wonder why you asked this question.

i was asking because i put 3:73 and wish i had gone 4:10's but i do drive from el dorado hills to fairfield everyday...so i thought 3:73 would be a little better on gas

4.10's would suck as much as u drive
u would be at about 2600 at 80mph

believe me that isn't bad at all. I had them on my 95 and I was still getting 17-18 MPG on the street and then on trips to Sac when it was nothing but freeway driving I would be up to 22-23 MPG and his motor will get even better mileage than that [patriot]

if your cars an aod, you'll be at around 2800 rpm at 80 with 4.10s. if this is your daily driver, i wouldn't waist your money getting 4.10s, though i do recommend 4.10s, i just simply wouldn't waist my money. but if this is something you really want to do, then just do it and dont look back, and forget what everyone else has to say. I have 4.10s and its my daily driver. I commute from Vacaville to Santa Clara, I turn just under 3k rpms at 80mph. If you stay NA and it's a 5spd 4.10s are the way to go.
