I heard that there was a place in san mateo that would swap your stock h-pipe and put in a off road x or h for a certain price. Then when smog came around they would swap back the stock h-pipe for you no charge. Is there such a place even if it's not in san mateo i would still want to know thanks alot

Just do it yourself. It's only 8 bolts total.

F*** CA and smog shit... like the other guy siad do it yourself or else you may get screwd later.
