b cam and 255 fuel pump what do you think

my fp is 52psi

Posted by FasterDamnit (Member # 442) on :

Why 52? Try 4 psi less, then carefully drive it and see if it pings.

Posted by ONEQKFIVE0 (Member # 1591) on :

say 46 to 48psi what about timing

12 should be fine.

The point is to change one thing and see what it does. If you drop fuel pressure and it gets worse, you may need to go the other way. But I bet you are rich.

Where are you hearing the backfire? Is it from the intake or exhaust?

Posted by ONEQKFIVE0 (Member # 1591) on :

from the intake damn [Mad]

Usually intake backfires means you are running lean.
