I have a stock motorcraft 5.OL distributor that Iam taking apart....I already dissasembled the cap,rotor,tfi module and screws......How do you remove the STATOR inside the distributor??

Scribe the gear position on the shaft. Punch out the roll pin for the gear. Press the gear off the shaft. There are specific tools available to remove distributor gears.
