Most shops can install CC plates, but you might want to look for one that has an alignment rack too....That way you can kill 2 birds with 1 stone...
Locally, I have to say Apex has to have the most experience with Mustang CC plates, but you would have to take it somewhere else afterwards, cause last time I was there, there wasn't an alignment rack...

CC Plates are a no-brainer. If you can follow simple instructions, it'll take MAYBE 30 minutes.
On the other hand, if you don't want to get dirty..I'd do them for $50.
