I personally like the motorsport kit.i think that it does come with the pulley.and u will need a diffrent belt.or the like the march kit that moves the power steering pump up toward the where the ac pump used to be.

The FMS moves the power steering pump to where it would be on an original non-ac car. The March bracket moves the belt tensioner next to the power steering pump, but the pump stays in the same place. Neither of them will need another pulley, but you will need a new belt for both. I personally have the march kit, but if I were to do it again I would buy the motorsport kit for a more factory look. Hope this helps
