There are a couple of different places you can get one. I will sell you mine> off of a 99 cobra> painted or not. My car is black. Or....
You can call a junk yard> definately gonna be hard to find. Or you can buy a remanufactured bumper> which will be 75% of list price of a new one. Or> you can get one from FORD. I am not sure how much I will want for my bumper> but I can get you a price if you are interested? I would like to sell mine with the foglamps and bezels (pieces that go around the fog lamps).

The Ford Racing catalog lists two 99+ Cobra bumpers. M-17957-A50 Which is a 2001 cover, says it fits 99-04 GT's and comes with the Fog lights for $375. The other one is M17957-SC46 which is listed as a direct replacement for '03 Cobras, includes the fog lights, and says it fits 99-04 GT's with the Cobra hood kit M-16612-SC46. There are no prices listed for either one.
