I saw a post here about 3-4 weeks back were some people thought cut outs were good and some thought bad. I posted my thoughts. Here is a dyno from 11/26 comparing closed and open cut outs. There are pics as well of the set up. Given I have cats, I still think the cut outs make a great mod..
Open Vrs Closed
Torque

Here are some pics of the set up.. Exhaust]pics
Given there are cats when through the exhaust, I still think it is a great gain. Plus it is quite as can be sealed up..
As far as the people that will say you get cold air back on the O2's making it run rich, do not believe it. I have several logs testing it. If you have enough exhaust pipe after the cut outs you will be fine. That is why I set mine up this way. I will be adding some to the driver side just to make sure.

sqwznss,
That is one sweet trick set-up. How much was it to put it all on? Did you get them from here:

You exhaust must be restrictive...It shows a gain of 23rwtq and 9rwhp...Dont forget your running cats on one system and they are restrictive...So Camaro right, what size Y-pipe and muffler are you running?

Yes they are QTP's.. I think it was around $270's for the cut-outs, $230 for the Y-pipe parts, and $300 for the Y-pipe. It wasn't "cheap" But I love the quiteness of the exhaust being closed and the gains when it is open.

That's what I plan on doing after the brakes. I to like the sound of a nice rumbley exhaust but would like to open it up a little on weekends cruising around town or flat out gettin' on the freeway.

Black94.. I must have missed your post.. Sorry. There are gains of 22rwhp in spots as well. Peak it was like 10-12 rwhp.. The exhaust has a 3" y-pipe and a 3" in dual 3" out hooker Aeromax muffler which is one of the better flowing mufflers for our F-bodies.
