V1-S or V2-SQ what is the difference between the two, wanna knwo for future reference and i want details the smallest of the differences. imma likely get one in the spring thanks

The SQ is the newer "quiet" one. It also has a higher internal gear step up ratio. This means you'll get more boost with the same size blower pulley compared to the V1..... at the end it translates to less belt slip.


Short answer: Get the SQ unless you love that Vortech S trim whine.

I love the scream of my V-1, some don't like it though. But if I was going to do it over again, I'd go the turbo road.

But doesnt turbo create a lot of heat? i've heard people it can change the color of your hood if its daily driven.....
