Guys, I am having a problem with my 93LX 5.0 5-speed. The motor is 100% stock. This problem started about 1 month ago.
When the car hasn't been driven for a while (cold motor), if you start the car, it will start, stay on for maybe a second, then the RPM's drop, and the car shuts off. If you continue to start the car about 4-5 times, it'll finally stay on. Once the car warms up a little (maybe 15 seconds of idling), it behaves 100% normally.

Another thing, if during the initial startup, I rest my foot on the gas a little, it will not die. If I hold the gas for maybe 5-10 seconds in this position and then let go, the car will idle normally.

Any ideas? Some background... I ran codes and both KOEO and KOER came back "11's" so the computer isn't spitting any codes at me.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Luke

If you don't have any vacuum leaks, grab a lucky penny and use it to tighten your idle screw 0.5-1 turn. Unplug the battery for 10 seconds and start her up.
