Gonna swap it out this weekend. Chilton's doesn't say much. Anything tricky? Do you have to bleed the lines? How do you top it off? Any tips appreciated.

Pretty straight-forward. Remove the lines first, then the pump. MAKE SURE the gromments that are on the brackets of the new pump are installed correctly, if not it will buck and flop around the first time you put power to it. Once you've got everything together, fill the pump up. Run the top up and down 4-5 times. After EACH cycle, check the fluid level. It should be just below the plug hole. You'll hear the air escaping the first/second time you try it. If it doesn't go up right away, just hold the top switch for 5-7 second intervals (then check the fluid again). This will keep the pump from getting too hot if it's low on fluid (pump is bleeding off air).
Hope this helps!
