Last night I installed a Prochamber H-Pipe on my '02 GT. It went on pretty well, and I don't think I have a leak.

Anyway, I took it out for a drive last night after getting it on, and took it through 3rd at WOT twice. The second time, I was awarded with a flashing SES light that went out about a mile up the road during normal driving, and I'm wondering if anyone else here has experienced this. I understand that without getting the codes read, if you haven't had the problem before, you're just taking an educated guess, but if anyone's been through it before, I'd appreciate your help.

I'm thinking the car might have gone lean, but I'm really not sure. Anyway I disconnected the battery overnight, and so I'm thinking that if I don't get any advice, I'll just drive it and see what happens, if I get flashed again I'll go and get my codes read, but if someone's already experienced this, I'd like to hear if you diagnosed what it was and what you did to correct it.

Thanks,

Did you get MIL eliminators?? If not you'll always have the light on.

I'm aware that MIL eliminators are necessary so that the light won't come on due to the lack of cats, but I was thinking that it wouldn't be a flashing light. Isn't there a difference between a flashing light and a constant light?

This is probably a dumb question but you guys all have your MILS on the REAR two O2 sensors right? NOT the FRONT?????

Well, I've been driving it back & forth to work this week, and the light's come back. I think the first time might have come as a result of not resetting the computer. All of a sudden, the computer would be seeing radically different data from the 02 sensors, so I probably should have reset it from the beginning. I've noticed that it idles a little weird, searches between 600 & 900, so I'm thinking a dyno tune might be in order. I'll probably get a set of MIL eliminators to have until I can get tuned, although I see a lot of people who post about them not working for them.
