I'm about to put in an Edelbrock upper/lower. I know there are some other parts that I might need in order to do this (gaskets, etc.) Just wondering if anyone has an all-inclusive list of little things I need to get before I start pulling out stuff or what else I should replace while the manifold is off. Thanks in advance.

Have you changed the temp on your thermostat? If you have the stock unit, change to a lower 180 temp. Good luck [Cool]

The first time I installed my Edelbrock manifold on my 94, I had to get my friend to run to the store and buy a bunch of 3/8" drive freeze plugs...The plugs are for the differences from year to year...Some year Mustangs use different ports in the manifold for different sensors...I also bought some white teflon tape for all the sensors and plugs to re-install them...

Make sure the oil baffle on the bottom of the lower manifold gets installed nice and tight...You dont want that to come loose... [dance]

Oh yeah, I do have a 180 t-stat that I haven't put in yet. Thanks for reminding me and thanks for the other suggestions fellas.

Make sure you put some ultra blue silicon around the water passages on the lower as well.
