how do i retard the cam? do i put the keyway in the 4r position and then turn the crankshaft till the 0 is lined up again?

take the cam out and put it in backwards

Line up the 4R keyway with the dot on the cam gear.
The crank key ALWAYS gets lined up with the cam dowl.

i still dont get it...do i put the cam on the 0keyway and then move the crankshaft to 4r?
