I am trying to get my car smogged right now and the guy doing it will not let it pass a visual because he cannot locate the Vacuum Resevior tank from looking at the under-hood diagram. On the diagram it is labeled "vresev". Does anyone know where in the hell it might be??? THANKS!

Inner portion of the fender, passenger side. He's not going to see it unless he wants to pull your inner fender skirt!

Thanks John...I'll pull his head in there and shove his nose in it. You are no doubt the man...I didn't think I'd get a response so quick.

No problem. Let him know, if he wants to check it the easy way, disconnect the feed line for it and attach a vaccum hand pump. Although, all he's looking for is that it is present (not even a functional test). He should know all this, unless he's a newbie. [Wink]

He must not work on Stangs much, because he pointed at the AC canistor and said, "Usually it's right here on these cars...". Oh well, I swapped the MAF from my friends '94 Cobra because he said my Pro-M wasn't emissions legal and it passed....didn't even have to change my exhaust!!! [patriot]
