I have replaced all the electrical components (aside from fuse block) that control the Vent motor. I even replaced the motor (which was a bad move, it didnt even moved air) so I went back to the original blower motor. Now I am back to square one but with new control switches. Any thoughts?

you are putting in the correct amperage fuse right? that could cause it right there!
does it blow the fuses with it not in Vent? Honestly, it sounds like you have a short somewhere...
1) you could look at the wiring diagram in a chiltons and see what that particular fuse feeds and unplug everything, and put in a new (correct) fuse and plug in one thing at a time, and see what plug blows the fuse!
2) get a multimeter, and check and make sure you are getting the correct voltage and amperage there!

Does it blow as soon as you put a new fuse in or as soon as you turn on the blower motor?

it pops at random times... I think I found the problem, a bad contact. I cut the wires and added a new inline fuse with a 30A breaker. So far it works very good...

i was blowing fuses too...the shop which built my motor had spliced into my stereo system..the load was too much and i kept blowing fuses..once they corrected that by running an independent line everything was great..
