youll need 8 cyl front spindles, brakes, and 5 lug wheels. Probably should convert to a 9" rearendor find an 8" from a V-8 65-66, which means youll probably also have to change the driveshaft. Need a V-8 gas pedal linkage, motor mounts, frame mounts, lengthen the fuel line to enter in front of the shock tower. Thats most of it, its a fairly large operation but youll like it. If you find a V-8 stang might be easier in the long run.

That same drive shaft will work if you go with a c-4 transmission. An 8" rearend is sufficient. It's hard to find one for those year cars, but if you want I can give u the number to a guy that custom makes them with any gear you want at a good price (if you decide to go through with it). The 6cyl cross member will work also with teh c-4, just need a diff mount. So all of this plus what Jimbo said just above and I think that's about it. GL/HF
