I am replacing my worn out fuel pump on my '90 5.0
I don't know if I should upgrade it with a higher flowing pump. I have headers,an off-road pipe, flows, msd, pullies. I plan on adding an Edelbrock intake, throttle body, and a MAF. I don't plan on doing anything else. Should I get a 110 Lph or a 155 Lph unit?

walbro pumps have always been good to me

if u do get a 255 pump, make sure that u have a AFPR because the stock one more than likely wont be able to return enoigh fuel causeing higher fuel pressure than desired

ive got a 190 pump and 300rwhp without a problem so what ever u decided

They're all made by WALBRO, so just buy what ever is cheaper. BBK is amoung the more expensive ones I think.
