have a o/f x pipe and amer. thunder flows on my cobra and between 2 and 3000 rpm it rattles. Now i know how to drive the car good so i can avoid that sound but which is it the pipe or the flows and what do u recommend to fix it. I dont really mind it at all im just wondering. as in what part do u recommend or can i fix it with some esay fixins?

i would check all your connections, im not sure of what tourque value they need, but make sure they are tight. I would look for signs of rubbing underneath the car and seeif maybe something is stuck under it!

have a buddy sit in the car and hold it at 2000 or wherever the rattling starts and then get under there and look if you can see what's making the noise [patriot]

Do you have aftermarket headers on there? We had a rattle noise that i thought was the clutch and then on closer inspection it sounded like it was coming from the left front cat. Now since we have the car up on jackstands it turns out to be the EGR pipe that conects into the header it was banging around under there.
