i'm thinking about buy this motor i found in a classified.just came out today.

$1500 obo

306,srp pistons,gt40x alum heads,crane rr's,
balanced & blue printed.
watcha think huh? [Whoo Whooooo!]

is it worth me renting a cherry picker and truck?
truck cost is $30 for the weekend?picker is like $50 and a deposit.
and the drive is 130miles there and back. [Roll Eyes]

im' thiking of offering
him $1100 plus a 90 block with a bad rod bearing [Wink]

I'd say that is a good price, just make sure he has receipts for everything in the block.

Sometimes buying used motors is more of a headache than a come up. thats just my opinion. make sure you take someone with you that knows motors inside and out thats a lot of money just to get jacked. Good luck [patriot]
