It's got the gt-40 which isn't smog legal unless you've got the whole gt40 kit, its got spacers which I'm trying to eliminate, fpr, and a pro-m. Those were the reasons that the guy pointed out and why he wouldn't even touch it.

So put the "visual" stock parts back on it, and smog it. Pretty simple.
