depends on your mods. Cut-outs can cause you to lose hp if the combo is wrong. Can also result in big hp gains too. Like I said, all depends on your mods.

You'll be happy with an off-road pipe(no cats)...Cut outs will sound pretty cool, but you will lose needed back pressure in your exhaust... [patriot]

[patriot] Exactly. For your combo, i'd just get the off road h or x pipe. Theres no reason to sacrifice low end power with cutouts unless youre going to be building a high performance motor or throwing a power adder on your car. Even on a stock motor with a mild power adder, i'd say the performance gains from cutouts are marginal.

I would do both. Get an off road x or h pipe then get some electronic cut outs from quicktime performance.

happy without cats until you have to smog the car, if your gonna keep it that long. Not trying to be a wet blanket but its something to consider
