Hey guys, I have a problem. The paint directly BELOW the panel that connects my rear windshield and side windows (or: at the top of the panel that sits above my rear wheels) decided that its relationship with the metal wasn't working out and they split up. This happened on both sides of my car, I was wondering what people recommend for painting about 3 sq.inches total of exposed metal? Some said just go slow with the touchup, others have said primer it, then polyeurethane spraypaint? Anyone with experience this area, I'd greatly appreciate a response/advice. (BTW, my car's white, but the only pic i could find was yellow)

Man that sounds like a big paint project that a novice shouldn't take on.

Where do youy live? Maybe I can reccomend you to a cheap but decent paint shop.
